The Pem

Inspired by Yves Saint Laurent’s iconic Le Smoking for women, The Pem is the new dining concept at Conrad St. James in London. The brief called for an environment versatile enough to host buffet breakfasts and à la carte lunches, while transforming into a signature restaurant in the evenings led by Michelin-starred chef Sally Abé. The design celebrates powerful women by combining black and white with accents in lipstick and nail polish tones, all drawn from YSL’s legendary look. Designed by Jesé Medina-Suárez while at Wilson Associates.
